Job summary

Red Lobster in Layton, UT is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist and seating, and support dining room service to deliver a seamless, hospitality-focused guest experience.

You will be a team player who can multi-task, keep tables stocked, refill drinks, and help reset dining spaces while following safety and sanitation standards. Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits are offered to grow with the Red Lobster family.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Move about the restaurant and stand for a full shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
