Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant in the United States to join our hospitality team. You will warmly greet guests, manage waitlists and seating, and support dining room service by stocking tables, refilling drinks, bussing, and delivering food.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, maintaining a clean dining area, and upholding safety and sanitation standards while working cohesively with the team to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
