Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and support dining room service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least of legal working age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and stand for an entire shift.
• Team-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating for a seamless guest experience
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by stocking tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating readiness to the team
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards; light cleaning as needed
• Working as a unified team to prioritize guests and colleagues
