Red Lobster is hiring a Server Assistant to join our dining team in a fast-paced environment. You will warmly welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and help deliver exceptional hospitality to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Key duties include stocking tables, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, delivering food, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean dining area while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest-first service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced dining room.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first.
