Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain alcohol awareness certification.
• Excellent customer service and effective communication in English.
• Basic math and cash handling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly service per standards.
• Explain and suggest menu items and promotions to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders to guests.
• Process orders in proper sequence and coordinate with staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify guest age for alcohol service where required.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or issues.
• Handle cash, present checks, and process payments accurately.
• Keep tables and service areas clean and stocked with essentials.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report equipment issues and follow safety procedures.
• Perform opening/closing side work per checklists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
