Job summary

Concessions Intl Brand is seeking a front-line team member to deliver superior guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, handle cash, process orders, and assist with food preparation while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities include serving customers, following proper cash handling procedures, and ensuring all equipment and surfaces are clean. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and effectively communicate information to customers and coworkers in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions as part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service by greeting guests, recognizing needs, and delivering friendly service.
• Process guest transactions and accept payments with accuracy.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking as required and maintain food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, counters, and equipment; perform dishwashing and stock supplies as needed.
• Follow safe food handling practices and report equipment malfunctions to management.
