Job summary

360 Westport is seeking personable, warm, and friendly servers to join our dining team in Missouri. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities include upselling, processing payments, keeping the dining area clean, knowing the menu, and coordinating with the kitchen while maintaining health and safety standards. This role emphasizes multi-tasking and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Customers: Welcoming guests as they arrive and seating them.
• Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and drink orders from customers.
• Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience by addressing their needs and resolving any issues.
• Handling Payments: Processing payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the dining area clean and organized, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Knowledge of Menu: Being familiar with the menu to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Coordinating with Kitchen Staff: Communicating orders and special requests to the kitchen.
• Upselling: Suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance the dining experience.
• Following Health and Safety Regulations: Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
