IHOP in Plainview, TX is seeking a dedicated server to provide prompt and courteous service to guests. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, handle checks, stock dining areas, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic math for handling checks, and adherence to IHOP SOPs. IHOP training will be provided; uniform standards apply. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Formación

• Experience or training desired but may not be required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to read and speak English well enough to understand guest checks.
• Mathematical skills to add/subtract and handle guest checks.
• Reasoning ability to carry out instructions and handle common problems.
• IHOP training course work as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests.
• Greet, seat, take orders, and serve guests.
• Handle guest checks and server banking procedures.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas and dining room.
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and chairs after guests leave.
• Perform cleaning duties as per charts and SOPs.
• Adhere to IHOP uniform and appearance standards.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
