Job summary

This role requires professionalism, adherence to alcohol-service procedures, and completing opening and closing side work as directed.

Responsibilities

• Create a lasting first and last impression.
• Engages with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Accurately processes transactions through the POS system (cash, credit, and debit).
• Responds appropriately to customer concerns.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication.
• Performs opening and closing side work as directed.
