Job summary

POWDR-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Resort Services Supervisor to lead guest service, rentals and retail operations at Copper Mountain Resort. The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and driving revenue while managing labor and budgets.

Based at Copper Mountain, you will coordinate scheduling, train employees, and ensure safety and consistency across locations, with seasonal peaks and varying hours throughout winter and summer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume customer service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills required.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting and staff training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversight of front-of-house and back-of-house service/sales operations.
• QA on service delivery to ensure high quality and consistent guest experience.
• Schedule staff, manage labor and report on sales performance across locations.
