Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to engage customers, understand their home design needs, and guide them through product selections with a consultative approach.

This role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions, a fast-paced team environment, and opportunities to grow within a leading omni-channel retailer with 200+ stores. Expect evenings, weekends, and holidays schedules.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Assist customers in-store to help design rooms and select products.
