Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Sales Teammate to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will handle sales, merchandising, and daily store operations including cashiering, displays, and routine cleaning with a friendly, guest-focused approach. The role is part-time with flexible scheduling, no prior experience required, and includes Teammate Discount and other benefits after a waiting period.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers, balance cash drawers, and perform basic POS duties.
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and protect store assets.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager and Leadership Team on merchandise handling.
• Perform merchandising tasks and maintain a clean, shoppable store.
