The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate at our Florida store to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support daily operations. You will handle sales, merchandising, and store tasks with a team-focused approach.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising on merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining store standards while meeting sales goals. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• No specialized degree required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on guest needs.
• Suggest additional items and create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, payment, exchanges, and security practices.
• Meet personal and store sales goals set by management.
• Provide service in the front, sales floor, fitting rooms, and at the register.
