Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate in our Texas store. This part-time role supports our mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests by greeting customers, answering questions, and helping locate merchandise.

You will perform cashiering, merchandising, and store upkeep, with flexible mornings, evenings, and weekends. No prior experience is required, and employees receive a teammate discount and other benefits after eligibility.

• Ability to stand for long periods and be active.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise to meet Guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Process transactions at the register and balance cash drawers.
• Maintain clean, organized store and visually appealing displays.
