Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, book reservations, check in/out, and sell wax passes and products. The role emphasizes delivering a lasting, engaging guest experience and hitting sales goals in a fast-paced spa setting.

You must have a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication. The position requires weekend availability, flexible shifts, and a dedication to guest privacy and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1-3 years experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Ability to work weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell wax passes to guests by educating guests on the benefits of a wax pass.
• Assist in sale of EWC products to guests by educating guests on the benefits of products.
• Must be goal-oriented and comfortable with set sales goals.
• Schedules guests’ reservations accurately and efficiently while providing an excellent guest experience.
• Creates new guest profiles by acquiring guests’ contact information and explaining center policies.
• Handles confidential information, including guest contact information, with a high degree of integrity.
• Answers guests’ questions and provides necessary resources for the guest to find answers in the future.
• De-escalates upset guests and thoroughly reports guest issue to center manager to enable manager to provide appropriate solution.
• Notifies center manager of any questions or concerns presented by guest or the team.
• Ensures desk area and equipment are clean and in good working order at end of shift.
