Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, educate them on our services, products, and Wax Pass options, and help them feel confident about their choices. You will contribute to hitting sales and guest satisfaction goals in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with Wax Specialists to deliver a seamless guest journey from check-in to checkout, maintain a tidy lobby, answer phones, schedule appointments, and participate in training that supports

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service environments is preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
