European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to welcome guests and manage guest flow. You will be the first face guests see, ensuring a friendly, professional experience and smooth operations at the center.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• Ability to work at least one weekend day
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates
• Manage the flow of guests in/out of the location
• Prior sales experience is an asset but not required
• Maintain the EWC culture within the center

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the flow of guests in/out of the location
• Assist guests with services and questions
• Support team with daily operations and guest logistics
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
