Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialist to help customers design their homes with expert product knowledge and friendly, no-pressure service in a fast-growing, team-oriented store.

You will engage guests, close sales using consultative techniques, and collaborate with teammates to maintain high energy, accurate merchandising, and excellent guest experiences. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Energetic, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and deliver world-class service in a low-pressure environment.
