Job summary

Chico's in Los Gatos, CA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and set direction to deliver exceptional, personalized shopping experiences reflecting our culture of hospitality.

You will coach staff, assist with store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory, while promoting brand priorities and leveraging omni-channel selling to connect with customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and feedback to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and replenishment.
• Support associate development and scheduling.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
