Job summary

Blue Hawaiian is seeking a Guest Relation Agent in Hawaii to deliver exceptional, face-to-face service at every guest touchpoint. You will assist guests with product selection, upsell experiences, and ensure a memorable visit while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, booking tours, and handling in-person transactions. A strong local knowledge base and fluent English are required; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of sales or upselling experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service skills and local area knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, courteous greetings and extraordinary service.
• Assist guests in selecting products matching their needs using discovery questions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets in a commissioned environment.
• Upsell products by painting the guest’s experience and planning their stay.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Sell in person and occasionally over the phone.
• Use sales tools to close and book sales; collect payment.
• Provide a detailed purchase recap and thank guests for their business.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
