Belk is seeking a Selling Flex Associate to deliver a positive customer experience by assisting with merchandise selection, making recommendations, and processing transactions. This hourly role drives sales, maintains presentations, and collaborates with store operations to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Dedication to customer service and store objectives.
• Ability to greet, engage, and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and Windows-based systems.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed (up to 40 lbs).

• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge with teammates.
• Support store operations with fulfillment, pricing, promotions, and placement.
