Job summary

Heyday Phoenix is seeking a Front of House / Sales Associate to create a warm, elevated guest experience and drive bookings and memberships. You’ll be the first and last impression, guiding clients to the right services while keeping the studio organized and welcoming.

You’ll thrive if you love connecting with people, can balance hospitality with sales goals, and are committed to helping clients feel cared for and coming back. Weekend and shift coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality orientation.
• Ability to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
• Willing to work weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• Excellent communication skills in person, phone, and text/email.
• Comfortable balancing frontline hospitality with sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality at every touchpoint.
• Convert inquiries and leads into booked appointments and memberships.
• Educate clients on treatments, enhancements, memberships, and promotions.
• Support team in driving retention and rebooking opportunities.
• Maintain front desk organization and smooth studio operations.
