Heyday in Denver is hiring a Guest Experience Host who delivers world-class service and skincare guidance. You’ll connect with guests, share product recommendations, and anticipate needs to resolve questions.

This role requires outstanding customer service, confidence in discussing memberships and packages, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop. You’ll contribute to a welcoming environment and uphold the Heyday aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend memberships, packages, and products.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality to clients
• Educate clients on current promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments
• Assist with re-stocking products
• Help with daily shop tasks and projects
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
• Work as a cohesive team with Heyday staff
• Assist with training and coaching of new Host team members
• Maintain Heyday aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
