Job summary

Heyday Phoenix is seeking a Front of House / Sales Associate to deliver a warm, elevated, and highly personalized client experience from first contact through departure, while supporting the business behind the scenes to keep the studio organized, efficient, and thriving.

You will be the first and last impression, lead sales conversations, explain treatments and memberships, and help clients identify their next steps for skin care. A collaborative, guest-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for a people person with a sales mindset who genuinely enjoys connecting with clients.
• You’re organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership; you see what needs to be done and jump in.
• Able to balance hospitality with business goals and keep clients booked, cared for, and coming back.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and build genuine connections with clients at every touchpoint.
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and educate clients on treatments, memberships, and promotions.
• Support Skin Therapists and drive retention, rebooking, and retail opportunities.
• Keep front desk, check-in/check-out, and client areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain a positive studio culture.
• Participate in training, meetings, events, and promotions.
