Drybar in Lyndhurst, OH is seeking an energetic Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our blowout-focused team. In this role you’ll greet clients, manage appointments, educate on memberships, and help guests leave feeling confident and beautiful.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, using the POS system, processing transactions, and supporting the team during peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment such as retail, hospitality, sales, front desk, or salon services.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a warm, upbeat experience.
• Manage appointments, check-ins, checkouts and front desk operations.

• Recommend products and services based on each client’s needs.
