Job summary

Chelsea Piers is seeking a Guest Services Officer to greet visitors, provide information, and direct guests and vehicles across our sports and event complex in New York. The role emphasizes safety, courteous service, and accurate information delivery to guests and staff.

Responsibilities include patrolling sites, reporting hazards, directing traffic and pedestrians, and assisting with incident documentation. FDNY Fire Guard and Flagger certifications required within specified timelines.

• Complete incident reports and ensure doors are secured when closed.
