Job summary

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service or luxury hotel experience.
• Strong English language communication, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills and the ability to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register reservations in Opera and prepare welcome packets.
• Monitor room inventory and allocate rooms to maximize revenue.
• Answer calls, handle guest requests and room moves.
• Assign rooms at least seven days in advance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Guest Reception to prep rooms.
• Distribute group welcome materials appropriately.
• Create reservations after hours if needed.
• Assist guest reception with check-ins and third-party billing.
• Support Concierge and Guest Services as required.
