Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.
• This is a physically demanding role with extended walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established standards.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed; report deficiencies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks like shampooing carpets and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Greet guests politely while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Respond to guest requests and provide information to enhance their stay.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Work with housekeeping staff and hotel team to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate room status and guest preferences to colleagues and supervisors.
