Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and communicate effectively with management.
• Understand and follow guidelines, meet time objectives and productivity standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts and laundry areas to company standards.
• Reports maintenance issues and guest property to front desk or manager.
• Assists guest requests when possible and practical.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned by management.
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
