Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Basic cash register knowledge; able to ring up sales.
• Willing and able to stand for long periods in a secondary smoke environment and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide property details and rewards program information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property operations, promotions and events.
• Promote Prairie Gold Rewards program and assist with account setup and questions.
• Assist with promotions and special events on property.
• Support the gift shop by creating displays, operating the cash register and helping guests.
