Prairie Meadows is seeking a Prairie Gold Representative to be the friendly face guests see and the go-to for casino questions. You'll greet guests, share property details and rewards program information, and support promotional events.

Candidates should have strong guest service and communication skills, basic cash register knowledge, and be able to stand long periods in a smoking environment. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours apply.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills required.
• Must be able to ring up sales, balance registers, handle cash accurately, and dispense change.
• Must be highly motivated and comfortable working with the public.
• Basic typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Must be willing and able to learn computer software programs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a secondary smoke environment.
• Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide property details and rewards program information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property, operations, promotions and events.
• Promote the Prairie Gold Rewards program and assist with account setup and questions.
• Assist with execution of promotions and special events on property.
• Assist the gift shop by creating and maintaining displays, operating the cash register, and helping guests.
