Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Anacortes, WA, seeks a Signature Rewards Representative to welcome guests, promote the Signature Rewards program, and assist with kiosk usage, ensuring a positive visit from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests at the Signature Rewards Center and entrances, provide information on promotions, events, and amenities, and resolve questions with a professional, friendly manner. This role emphasizes guest service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain Class III Swinomish Gaming Commission License upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the Signature Rewards Center, casino entrances, and on the gaming floor.
• Promote the benefits of the Signature Rewards program and assist guests with account enrollment and kiosk usage.
• Provide information about casino promotions, events, gaming, dining, lodging, RV park amenities, and other services.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions, property events, and guest offerings.
• Monitor guest areas and notify Security of any potential issues or concerns.
• Maintain the confidentiality of guest and company information at all times.
