Job summary

Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Anacortes, WA is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, help with luggage, and provide directions to property amenities.

You will deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced outdoor setting, maintain records, shuttle guests when needed, and collaborate with teams across departments; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL with passenger endorsement preferred).
• Ability to drive stick shift vehicles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow traffic laws.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with arrival/departure, including doors and luggage.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Issue and manage claim tickets.
• Provide directions and information about property amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records (vehicle logs, reports, damage documentation).
• Shuttle guests to designated locations as needed.
• Support guest service recovery and communicate with internal departments.
