Job summary

The Swinomish Casino & Lodge is seeking a Guest Satisfaction Associate to greet guests, register and assist with check-ins/outs, and manage reservations for rooms, RV sites, golf, and dining.

In this role you will process payments, provide local information, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, IT, and security while supporting training for new staff. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year customer service and cash-handling experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS/PMS systems)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must obtain a Class IV gaming permit and have a valid driver’s license

We are currently looking for a talented Guest Satisfaction Associate to join our team.Guest Satisfaction Associates are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. However, the realm of responsibilities will extend beyond that of a typical front desk agent.
