Job summary

Swinomish Casino & Lodge in Anacortes, WA is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, help with luggage, and provide directions to property amenities.

You will deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced outdoor setting, maintain records, shuttle guests when needed, and collaborate with teams across departments; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL with passenger endorsement preferred).
• Ability to drive stick shift vehicles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow traffic laws.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

The Valet Attendant provides a welcoming and professional first and last impression for guests at the casino entrance. This role is responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering exceptional customer service. Attendants also offer directions, share information about local attractions and property events, and ensure all guest interactions are positive and efficient.

Swinomish Tribe, a community of Coast Salish peoples, are descendants of groups andbands originating in the Skagit and Samish River valleys;the surrounding coastal areas; and islands,including Fidalgo, Camano, Whidbey, and the San Juan Islands.

Located on the pristine Washington coast, the Swinomish Casino & Lodge is owned and operated by our tribal community. We started as a small bingo operation in 1985. In 1990, we began negotiations for a gaming license, and a Compact was signed with the State of Washington in December of 1992. We chose to build the casino next to ouracclaimed Bingo Hall.
