Job summary

Trump Hotel Las Vegas seeks a Guest Engagement Manager to lead the Guest Engagement Specialist Department, uphold luxury service standards and drive revenue across rooms, dining and activities.

You will supervise agents, oversee training on PMS, Booking engine, and operations tools, monitor productivity and quality scores, and coordinate with Revenue leaders to optimize availability and pricing while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; a four-year college degree or equivalent experience may suffice.
• Two years minimum of Reservation Management experience, preferably with a luxury hotel.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Additional language ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Guest Engagement team to ensure brand standards.
• Oversee training of all new hires across departments and tools.
• Monitor agent productivity and quality assurance scores.
• Prepare weekly schedules and adjust staffing as needed.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve system issues affecting service.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training within the department.
