Job summary

BRUNDAGE MOUNTAIN RESORT LLC is seeking friendly, energetic staff for on-mountain and downtown retail sales roles. You’ll help guests, advise on merchandise, and guide purchases while maintaining an inviting sales floor.

The position requires strong communication, the ability to work weekends/holidays, and basic cash-handling skills; experience with POS systems is a plus. Pay is commensurate with part-time hours and guest demand.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality; engages guests
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
• Customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience a plus
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 30 lbs or more

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, approachable attitude and offer assistance
• Provide enthusiastic and professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Advise customers by sharing detailed information about retail merchandise and resort offerings
• Answer questions thoroughly, build rapport, and guide guests confidently through the sales process
• Promote products that align with each customer’s needs and interests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space
• Stock shelves, counters, and displays with merchandise
• Accurately process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems
• Handle cash responsibly, including end-of-day reconciliation
