Job summary

Bristol-Mountain is seeking friendly staff to assist guests with resort operations and product sales at the front desk and on the floor. You will answer phones, process transactions with the POS system, and maintain a clean workstation to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with prior cash handling experience and strong verbal communication skills. Snow sports knowledge is a plus, and the role requires ability to stay composed in a busy environment

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and prior work experience.
• Ability to accurately complete transactions using POS system.
• Knowledge of snow sports preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Able to handle stress and remain composed with guests and staff.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient knowledge of resort operations, policies, procedures, and products.
• Answer phones and communicate with guests resort policies and procedures.
• Use of POS system to sell resort product.
• Keep a neat and clean workstation.
• Resolve inquiries/issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests to ensure an exciting experience and lifelong memory.
• Remain focused in a very busy environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers.
