Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and basic financial transactions.
• Safety ambassador experience helpful.
• Background in team-based work environments preferred.
• Must enjoy interacting with guests in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage every customer, creating a welcoming store environment.
• Answer questions and stay knowledgeable about product categories.
• Provide product recommendations through suggestive selling.
• Accurately ring up sales and operate POS.
• Process returns and exchanges professionally.
• Assist in stocking and maintaining displays.
• Maintain 100% adherence to daily Checklist System.
• Work with cast members to keep store clean, safe and presentable.
• Direct customers to different areas as needed.
• Support store promotions and events to drive sales.
• Assist with inventory counts and track product levels.
• Communicate guest feedback to store leadership.
• Follow safety protocols and loss prevention policies.
