Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Ring customer purchases accurately and handle returns per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and safety throughout the day.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; assist in store upkeep.
• Provide and accept constructive feedback and comply with labor laws.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
