Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Chicago-area store. You will engage with customers, ensure accurate transactions, promote credit/loyalty programs, and keep the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences through engaging and interacting with customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process purchases and returns accurately and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support shrink reduction goals and maintain safety in the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
