Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
• Promote safety and store policies and assist with shrink reduction efforts
