Job summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is hiring a Retail Associate to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise, process transactions, and maintain presentation and cleanliness across the store.

You'll be expected to follow safety protocols, protect store assets, and represent the Ross brand with courtesy and professionalism on every shift. Prior retail experience is a plus, on-site role in GA.

Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand safety is the number one priority and practice safe behaviors.
• Maintains a safe, clutter-free sales floor and clear egress to emergency exits.
• Assist Customers at registers and with merchandise, answering questions politely.
