Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager, lead the team, and ensure top-tier guest service and safety within the restaurant. The role emphasizes upholding brand standards, organizing duties, and modeling professional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, clear English communication, and a track record in guest-focused hospitality.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and English communication skills required.
• Experience in hospitality and guest service preferred.
• Current food handler’s card and alcohol service certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company standards and oversee staff accountability.
• Organize work assignments and delegate tasks.
• Direct floor service and reflect hotel brand culture.
• Maintain safety programs for restaurant, staff, and guests.
• Assist in training and evaluating staff.
• Ensure cash handling and POS operations are accurate.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure service standards.
