Westin Hotel Huntsville in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations and guest service in the restaurant and bar. You will monitor staff, ensure brand standards, and manage floor plans and tastings.

The role requires at least one year of restaurant dining supervision experience, with a focus on customer interactions and staff training. This is a full-time on-site position at the Huntsville property.

• Must have at least one year of restaurant dining supervision experience.

Responsabilités

• Monitor restaurant associates in their daily work tasks and assist staff as required.
• Supervise guest service in the restaurant and bar, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Establish and reinforce side work by restaurant staff to confirm completion.
• Communicate daily, all special groups and tastings to be held in the restaurant.
• Set up and confirm daily floor plan and coverage with staff.
• Provide approved training for all new hires in the restaurant and/or bar.
• Enforce safe and accurate cash and card handling by staff.
