Job summary

Sage Hospitality Group seeks a Restaurant Server for Indigo Raleigh in North Carolina. Assist guests with orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure a courteous dining experience in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

Must have HS diploma, English fluency, and prior restaurant experience. This is a tipped, full-time role with physical requirements and health/safety responsibilities. Training provided on site.

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders, serving items and accommodating requests.
• Maintain attentive service throughout the dining experience and uphold service standards.
• Assist with opening/closing sidework and restocking duties.
• Memorize menu items and daily specials to answer questions and suggest options.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, waitstations, and kitchen service areas.
• Accurately document orders and process payments.
