Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Server to deliver attentive, guest-focused service in a fast-paced dining setting. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and ensure a memorable experience from seating to payment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have at least 1 year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Remain educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, report gratuities for IRS reporting.
