Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Gathers all dirty dishware from tubs and loads into dishwashing machine as instructed.
• Loads and operates automatic dishwashing machine per procedures.
• Monitors detergents and chemicals output for the dishwashing machine.
• Unloads clean dishes and stacks for staff use.
• Scrubs pots and pans manually when needed and inspects cleanliness.
• Polishes silver, stainless steel, and pewter used in service.
• Maintains dishwashing equipment and keeps the dish room clean and organized.
• Keeps dish room and kitchen sanitary and orderly; assists as needed by management.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
