Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate who will greet guests, provide information, and handle ticketing, reservations, and refunds with accuracy. You will use complex ticketing systems and process payments while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and strong communication. Training is provided; the position is on-site in Pigeon Forge, TN, with full-time hours and a focus on guest

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
1 year Ticket Sales or Lodging Reservation experience preferred.
Basic computer skills required; BOS ticketing system and/or Opera PMS preferred.
Call Center Experience preferred.
Must be able to pass a typing test (25 WPM).
Pre-employment background check and safety screen required.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles; valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and initiate friendly interactions.
Answer questions about Dollywood Parks, admissions, lodging and amenities.
Process sales including tickets, reservations, and season passes; handle credit card transactions.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Perform daily cash handling, refunds, and lodging deposits; balance at end of shift.
Make outbound calls for past-due payments and promotions.
Attend trainings and maintain professional work area; follow safety and dress code policies.
Support marketing research by collecting guest information and maintaining records.
