Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a dedicated Seasonal Ski & Snowboard School Sales Support Administrative Assistant. You will assist guests with lesson bookings, private lessons, and lift tickets, while coordinating with staff and handling program registrations.

You will maintain product knowledge, process registrations, and help resolve guest issues. The role requires strong guest service, organizational skills, and proficiency with RTP|One.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year cashier experience, retail sales, accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience with multi-line telephone system and retail data entry computer systems.
• Must have guest service, typing/keyboarding, and good communication skills.
• Must have exceptional organizational and people skills.
• Must be organized in tasks, see projects through to the finish, have good follow-through, and maintain prompt response times.
• Must work well in a fast paced, potentially high-pressure environments.
• Ability to write professional letters & emails and compile reports.
• Must have the ability to problem-solve and have strong analytical reasoning.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with RTP|One highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide informational support to guests regarding Ski & Ride School offerings and programs.
• Assist guests with online purchases and bookings via phone and email.
• Facilitate Kids Special Programs registrations and clinic coordination.
• Coordinate with staff to compile reports and handle guest pre-arrival issues.
• Support scheduling, timekeeping, and staff offboarding for Ski & Snowboard School.
